We’re closely following the ever-changing news around coronavirus (COVID-19). We are currently delivering, so you can still send flowers and gifts to your friends and loved ones, especially during these times when seeing people in person may be more difficult.  At the same time, our primary concern is the well being of our customers and staff, so there have been changes to our normal operations.

FAQ During COVID-19

What are your hours of operation? During COVID-19, we are operating Mondays - Saturdays from 9am - 5pm. We will be CLOSED SUNDAYS until further notice.

Are you guys delivering during COVID-19?  Yes, we are accepting local orders for zero-contact delivery. All deliveries will be safely left at your door to reduce contact. Our staff will communicate with you when your product has arrived.

For the safety of essential personnel and our elderly community, we will NOT be delivering to nursing homes, rehab/retirement communities,  hospitals or medical buildings.

How should I place my order? You can place your order easily online 24 hours a day at WWW.GEORGEWOOD.COM or call us at (516) 492-3141 Monday thru Saturdays 9am-5pm. 

When should I place my order? Due COVID-19, we have limited staff on hand, so we suggest placing your order at least two days in advance. We highly appreciate any flexibility.

Can I get a same day delivery? We are will guarantee same day delivery to orders placed before 2pm to our neighboring towns of Floral Park, Bellerose, Bellerose Village, New Hyde Park, Garden City Park, Glen Oaks and Queens Village. 

Looking for same day delivery to a town not mentioned above, give us a call. 

Can I walk-in and pick out flowers or a gift? No. At Georgewood, we are proactively taking the necessary steps to keep our community and staff safe, our storefront is closed to walk-ins. Please consider placing your order in advance for same day curbside pickup. 

What should I order?  Designer's choice is the way to go. Our floral designers appreciate the flexibility to create beautiful, one of a kind arrangements using the best seasonally available flowers in that signature Georgewood style. 

While most of our online collection, remains available please be mindful that occasionally substitutions will need to be made.
